It's been to HOT here!
The last two day's it's been at 94, Fri. & Sat it's to be 96! The other day out at the pool, in the sun, the thermometer hit 120! So being out in the sun you end up more in the water then not. Haven't done much of anything lately being it's too hot to do manual labor out in the sun.
The most I've been doing this week was hanging out at the pool, cooking on the Blackstone, or smoking in the smoker. Besides that I guess I've been keeping the hummingbird feeders full and watering the grass I planted and going out in the mornings and rolling down the windows on the truck and the Jeep.
Oh, that is another thing I did get done, washed the Jeep one evening late in the day even though it was still sunny out. The only reason I washed it was because Alge was starting to grow on the rubber seals around the doors and at the bottom of the plastic hardtop.
The next morning, I got up early and washed the truck. Both ended up being a "quick" wash which was nothing more then wetting a section of the truck/jeep down, going over it with a hot soapy sponge, then rinsing it off with the power washer, so it wasn't like a good cleaning. Even though it wasn't a good washing, you could still see a big difference.
Well, it's getting hot here so it's about time to head to the pool!! :-)
